About

Red Mud Processing
Through an extensive three-year R&D program, AM has successfully demonstrated the ability to recover valuable materials from bauxite residue (red mud), including:

  • Titanium (TiO2)
  • Vanadium (V2O5)
  • Gallium (Ga2O3)
  • Iron oxide (Fe2O3)
  • Alumina (Al2O3)
  • Supplementary Cementitious Material (SCM)
  • Geopolymer binder.

Our innovative process enables the complete recycling of red mud, ensuring 100% utilisation of feed material. Additionally, AM’s cementitious materials, including SCM and geopolymer binder, contribute significantly to reducing greenhouse gas emissions in the cement industry by providing sustainable alternatives to traditional Portland cement.

Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) Processing
Recognising the versatility of our technology, AM has expanded its focus to processing the ilmenite fraction of heavy mineral sands (HMS). Leach testing has produced promising results in the recovery of:

  • Titanium
  • Iron oxide
  • Vanadium
  • Alumina
  • Manganese
  • Magnesium
  • Rare earth elements (REEs)

Our ongoing research aims to optimise this process further, enhancing recovery rates and commercial viability.

Collaboration & Partnerships
AM is actively seeking partnerships with industry leaders, research institutions, and investors to further develop and scale our technology.
